Well, it isn't good enough that the MSM has been running the story about the pullout for days (weeks?). What matters is that the story that the last soldier was gone didn't make the print media as fast as the wire media or the radio media.

You and I know that print media almost always lags wire reports by a few hours unless the story is huge and breaking, but we're just officious yak-yakkers. ;^)

A very instructive example is the Christmas Tsunami. The radio and TV had it hours before the print media did, even on-line print media.

Same with the Challenger explosion.

These being just two I've observed.

But of course it's all a big conspiracy. -g-
