Gary: Things seems to be settling in nicely, first PepsiCo pushes the debt over to Tricon, now this court dicision which, even if you are scepticle, is in the "good" column and the stock has been inching forward. If nothing dramatic happens to the market, October 6th and 7th will be very interesting days for PepsiCo shareholders! Best of luck to all!
