I think you are exactly right, this stock should have started moving as soon as last qtrs earnings were released. There is just so much capacity for the manufacturing of PCB's and the pipe line is full. I can't see anything but good results for SIGA in the near and long term future. They made some changes internally and added to their Bd of Dir. This should bring the needed impetus. $ 10 to $12 soon should be for the short term, If earnings are good $ 25 should not be out of the question next year.
