We fell out of the friendship because he was always clandesinely trying to convert me. We have all have this happen, I think. I worked with a guy who used to tell me how happy he would be in heaven watching me writhing and roasting in hellfire. I brought up the old Ingersoll chestnut and asked him if he would still be happy if he saw his mother down there with me. He replied that he would. I told him Ingersoll's answer, that more mothers deserved a fine son like him!
