My opinion....no rush to enter in this market. Here's another opinion....08:10 ATML Atmel upgraded to Buy at Deutsche Bank; tgt $3 (2.07 )

Deutsche Bank upgrades ATML to Buy from Hold, following Q1 results. Firm says while the co's Q1 results were in-line with their preannouncement, aggressive restructuring intentions provide a much-needed positive catalyst. They think even modest success does wonders for 2006 EPS. They believe the apparently cheap valuation allows upside on improved sentiment.
