<<Any time the NDX rallies 20 points off a low or the dow 120 points..>> Well I find it hard to get excited if I have a stock that moves up from 14.09 to 14.29, as NDX did today, or from 10.08 to 10.22.......as the DOW surged today. Apologies....couldn't resist.....LOL
