Which is leading to the decline in the US of A as a first rate country. We're becoming a land of dilettante-worship while R&D and other professional occupations are going overseas. Work hard to build something new? Why bother when you can steal it. Imagine, being able to get firstrate medical care for 1/10th or 1/20th the cost in Thailand or India. Zounds! It starts off with manufacturing jobs then it's tax returns then it's radiology and now it's heart surgery.
