Afghanistan has the natural gas pipeline which the Taliban went to Houston to negotiate in the late 1990s. Unocal-R-Us. Although he keeps on denying it, Karzai is a former Unocal consultant.

Well, you finally admit that Bush went to Iraq for Chevron, Texaco, BP et al. Bush is a liar and a thief.

Did you read his EO? Did you see the maps of how Iraqi oil fields would be carved up by oil companies? Do you understand the significance of Halliburton and oil and Cheney?

Iraqi oil production sucks because:

- its infrastructure is antiquated and decimated by years of sanctions
- it keeps getting blown up

We were and, I'll bet, still are subsidizing Iraqi gas for Iraqi cars. How stupid is that?

Wolfowitz claimed that Iraq's oil production would pay for all of their reconstruction costs. That was a lie as they didn't even have enough pre-war production to cover it.

Liars all with the US Taxpayer holding the bag. There's $300 BILLION allocated for Iraq/Afghanistan with no end in sight.

Exactly how much extra cash do you think the US Taxpayer has? $300 billion is as much as we pay in interest on the national debt each year and half of that is a hold over from Reagan's fiscal irresponsibility.

The US of A is headed toward financial ruin with Bush leading the charge.
