There Are Some Views Out There Today That the Dow Has Made a low. Would you share that view? I am not TA inclined, and I watch forex and interest rates more than I watch the Dow. But if there is a view in TA land tonight that the Dow, or the SP500, may have made a low, would love to read it. If the Dow has indeed made a low, wrt to this view, then what's the thinking for the next development? New highs on the Dow? (it seems unthinkable!) but even structural bears like me see the possibility for a contra-seasonal rally. Maybe a big one, dead ahead. TIA LP
