You don't get it. One reason Bush started the war was to steal elections. The other was oil.

Bush figured out something. Presidents almost never get booted during a war. Even Nixon won in 1972 when most people hated the Vietnam War. If Kerry had voted against the war, Bush would lie and say he's on the side of terrorism. But that's not why Kerry voted the way he did. He really did want Saddam disarmed. He just didn't want it done the way Bush did it. SLoppy, dishonest and all alone.

If we had taken down Saddam Kerry's way the cost of the war would have been much-much less.
