MPB, Welcome back. I know all too well how the catch up game goes. >>Lander and a few others mentioned today had been associated with MLNM all along, so what's the news here?<< I think there's two pieces of news here: MLNM is wrapping itself even tighter to Whitehead; a real positive, since I think the functional genomics collab w/ then, if successful can be a real asset. At lot of the expertise seems to be post genomics; INCY can afford to emphasize genomics, since that's essentially what they get paid to do (ignoring the new direction in diaDexus), MLNM has always, and even more now, emphasized validating targets and even developing candidates. But, all-in-all, this isn't earth-shattering. I expect more of that type of news in the 4Q. biowa
