hi the stock is up 6 1/2 % today not much looking back that it was 38 12 months ago, I think that today finish line posted a 10% same store sales increase, it rubbed of to FEET to, also the small caps are making a big comeback but FEET is left out in the dust while the Russell 2000 is making record highs every day, one think that is troubling to me is that FEET stooped its offering of convertible bonds cause the stock is down so much, so I think that they will have to start to use their expanded line of credit that went fro 20 million to 50 million now also the lawsuit that was brought against FEET is not a joke in my mind, the lawyer is the same lawyer that is handling the colombia/HCA lawsuit and from what I spoke to him he said that the case is almost a win win situation, cause if you go public and you inflate your stock price that not like some earning forecast that can change, and he said that he won cases like this already, now he is their lawyer and I don't know if he is overly optimistic or not, anyone familiar in this side of the law?? any toughts on all of the above??
