I don't see what's 'phony' about the way they simply define the effects of a policy change... which seems to cut to the heart of the matter:

"Do you think ...are right to block these nominations? Do you feel that way strongly or somewhat?"

"Would you support or oppose changing Senate rules to make it easier ...to confirm Bush's judicial nominees?"

If you IMAGINE that the public's opinions would be somewhat different if the question was phrased differently, using the word 'filibuster' for example... well I'm sure that it won't be long before there are other polls --- using that word, as you suggest is necessary --- and then you'll be able to see if the opinions change to any significant degree, Peter.
