i expect xon will increase dividend and it usually does increase as past history shows. they will use the money to increase exploration, perhaps build another refinery, and invest in alternative fuels.. i expect they may look at some take over companies if prices come down again. they may invest in Alaska if they feel it worth the investment. perhaps build a few pipe lines. as a retiree with mobil xon after 35 years one thing i know they will not contribute more to our medical plan.. they cannot afford it.. they increased the plan to us last year and big time for prescriptions. so i wouldn't look for charity from xon.

AG does what he likes to do regardless of president. He certainly didn't help first Bush much when clinton ran for election.
Rove did a great job in getting out the vote. Democrats thought they did a better job but at the polls they found out after an hour or two that wasn't the case. Iraq situation is turning around , what two short years, give it time. We will be pulling troops out of there perhaps later this year some will start to draw down. Please write to congressmen and tell him you want the military bases closed in the districts as it will cut down on the budget. I doubt he will listen if base in his or her district. If you live in mid west , suggest we cut out federal 5 cent a gallon on gasohol support. Prices are high enough now they shouldn't need support from federal gov. but i bet its still in the energy policy and the requirement to burn 10% of the crap in our gasoline coming out of refineries. Why congress... not Bush.
