I am not sure if you really care, but the tax law requires that the old options simply just can't be amended, you should leave them alone and issue new.

But if the sole purpose of your post was just to snipe and harp and bitch, then sorry, didn't mean to interrupt.

Just go right ahead and vent and spew. There is nothing quite as helpful as issuing opinion after opinion on shit you don't quite understand. But it does give me a headache.
