I will accept your assertion that intel does not do this. I will accept your assertion that options are rarely replaced or repriced. But I can tell you that in my 40 years in the corporate world I have seen plenty of repricings. Now perhaps the repricings occur only for senior management and not for the rank and file. I don't recall. Will
