The Wash Times leaves out Kerry's quote. It states he claimed he met with EVERY UN leader. Prove it. I'll bet he never said that. Also post your link. Your article looks edited.

The Wash Times admits Kerry met with four leaders, including France and Great Britain, the two most influential and important vis a vis Iraq. I know for a fact Kerry has close relationships with top UK foreign and military leaders. He also may have spoken to some of them on the phone. A "meeting" could also mean a teleconference.

Mexico, Colombia and Bulgaria he may not have met with. Big deal. Maybe they were out of town at the time. Or maybe they didn't matter. Latin American countries have very little to do with the Iraq matter. Bulgaria is also of minor consequence.

Judging from the many lies and distortions the Wash Times is guilty of leading up to the war, including telling us that Iraq was a hotbed of Al Qaida training camps (not a single one as it turned out) any sensible person would believe Kerry's truthfulness over that rightwing newspaper. Especially when it's in the middle of a close election where the Wash Times was actively at work trying to help Bush and attack Kerry.
