What percentage of people speak good English (and with neutral accent) in Phillipines? In India, it is less than 2 percent. That is less than 20 million out of a population of 1 billion. What are the comparable numbers in Phillipines. >There is truth to that article. I know first hand that a number of call centers today are migrating to the Philippines from India for cost reasons but also due to the less detectable (i.e. more neutral…) accents.>
