For our purposes, happy are the peacemakers, for they shall be able to talk to each other without fighting.

Everybody is eligible to join. Saying something nice about somebody you have previously felt animosity towards will get you in. Reverse that and get the reverse result.

For example, you can join because you've said several nice things about me, even though we disagree.

I hope everybody will want to join.
