Kerry was telling the truth. He was in Cambodia. Several times. Was he there Christmas day? No. But within a month of Xmas, yes. So what's your beef? When you say "I was there last Christmas" you don't mean Christmas day, you mean Christmas season. Again, the rightwing splitting hairs and JK dramatizing a bit. But he was there all right. Right after Christmas. And several other times, serving his country on very dangerous combat missions. Now let's look at another big fat total costly lie by Bush. If you elect me "I will jawbone OPEC to bring down oil prices" Bush 2000. When has he ever jawboned OPEC expect to give them a wink and celebrate high gas prices which enrich all their cronies? So instead of Gore who would have been tough on the oil business, we get Enron Bush the gouger supreme and his Uncle Cheney Halliburton, two big oil fat cats who've been gouging us ever since day one.
