This company is in financial trouble to say the least. They said SNDK is cutting prices by 15% across the board except for the highest densities. Lexar says with the shortage there is no need for the price-cuts and is questioning their motivation. If the court case drags-on for a while or the judgement is reversed, LEXR will not survive. Their CEO is among the least impressive that I have ever heard. He seems to be pinning his hopes on an injunction....not exactly a proactive strategy. Slacker
