Agree w/ BRCD/Reyes statement.Yes BRCD was downgraded, add in LSI earnings stating an HDD OEM is online, therefore speculating that Q will lose HDD business, and GDP showing dropoff in Q4-Q1 cap spending (seasonal expectation) and general fear in Market and you get the perfect storm for the shorts.

Valuation means little in all the frenzy.but back out the book value of nearly $10 share, note forward earnings of almost $2 and true forward PE is like 12.seems reasonablr to me.

Yes HK has done OK to very good, but now 5 years later, the ANCR buy looks speculative as well. The reward just has not been there for shareholder in that respect IMO. QLGC indicated nearly 1 billion in yearly revenue 5 years ago (I saw the presentation) by now, guess the data damand/growth levels used for that calculation never materialized. They flat out paid too much for ANCR. Yet the Board still gets paid bigtime options. Bet the insiders sold more stock $ than Q brought in w/ switch $!
