This certainly doesn't feel like the Reagan years. I would bet that most stocks (even taking out the dotbombs) outside of the strong oil & housing related are down 60-90% from their highs of the late 1990's even in a period of declining interest rates. Truely frightening that this is going on in the face of this coastal housing bubble and national credit bubble for the ages. A misallocation of capital on steroids.
