Other than the 1 billion $ lawsuit?

Other than the 1 Billion and 1 $ lawsuit?
Dont think this will move much untill OCT 4th when the court date is.
If favourable then it will hit its old highs and prob go quite a bit higher since the short intrest has more than quadrippled in the past month look at avnt and nvls about how it moves. If you have the stomach buy the OCT 70-80 calls :)

PSFT was a play last week with a couple million worth of options bought at the SEPT/OCT 50/55 strikes.. Someones also buying a lot of DEC 35/37.5 WCOM calls once in a while in 1000 lots but real sneaky about it..

APM has analyists/solomon conference on monday, CEO says quarter is going very good and at full production capacity. SEG/HTCH problems are internal to their own and not the industry. MR head qualified with WDC and makes most of the suspensions themselves than buying from INVX or HTCH. This is a company with 9000 employees but the CEO returns calls from investors but dosent talk to regular analyists, might be a complexion problem.
RDRT is also a good play.
