Well Don Coxe has stated repeatedly that his timeframe for investment is 5 years and that he does not have a good record for short term calls. Nonetheless about a month ago after the AIG problems he started sounded more bearish overall on the market and suggested listening up on equities. He clarified his stance on his April 22nd conference call and said that he thought Base Metals and Oil would continue the market but that doesn't necessarily mean BM and Oil stocks would rise in nominal terms for the year but in relation to the rest of the market. (IE if the broad market goes down 10% and Resource stocks go down 5% that's outperformance..)

He did state that there might be consolidation in the market for medium size companies and that is why he will continue to hold select Natural REsource equities. He stated he is not the kind of person that goes to 100% cash.
