You are welcome to your opinions... but by restricting your proposed 'poll questions' to only Appeals Court nominees, I believe you are biasing the questions EVEN MORE. What possible rationale is there for asking about only a subset of the total group of Senate approved Judicial nominees? Why not ask your questions based upon the TOTAL RECORD for all Senate confirmable judicial nominees?
