Good day to add more shorts to HBs... SPF is out with a great earnings report so many have popped up 2% to 3%... SPF is quickly up 5% to 6% SPF, LEN, TOL, CTX, PHM, ad HOV are all at or below their 50 day MA's... The personal income/spending report certainly means the FED is not going to pause after next week - 50 more bps over the next 2 meetings is a virtual certainty... That will continue to pressure the I/O ARM / negative amortization buyer! The slowdown in thye HBs is a-comin' quick...
