76% of Clinton's circuit court nominees were approved. Due the unconstitutional and unprecedented nuclear option being employed by democrats only 50% of President Bush's Circuit Court nominees have had votes. The percentage for Presidents Bush 41, JBJ, Eisenhauer, FDR, and everyone else in that era are above both percentages. President Bush 41 sent up two of the liberals on the Supreme Court because he wanted his nominees confirmed. President Bush 43 sent up qualified nominees that a majority of Senators will vote to confirm. The continued Nuking of nominees is unacceptable.

Never in the history of the Republic have filibusters been used to prevent a vote on nominees. Why is what worked for 214 years requiring change now? There have been rancorous times before, but never has any party been so immoral as current Democrats.
