Halfway alert people can see what Democrats are doing. The Circuit Court is an excellent path to the Supreme Court. Democrats are blocking all qualified nominees who happen to be a minority. The WASP males get approved. The EEOC would look at evidence like this and rule against the employer and leavy the maximum fine for defacto discrimination.

As long as the minorities stay on the farm and know their place, they are ok with Democrats. Uppity minorities are to be put in their place. The only surprise is that KKK Byrd is not leading the effort.

Senate Democrats blocked one nominee until the U of Mich case was decided at the request of some of the ir member organizations.

Why not ask your questions based upon the TOTAL RECORD for all Senate confirmable judicial nominees?

When the EEOC investigates they look for patterns of hiring and promotion, not just the TOTAL RECORD in the context you mean it. They look at the pattern of who got promoted, not just the numbers of lower level workers.

There is defacto discrimination against women and minorities. History will look back on current Senate Democrats with shame.
