Really?

Well, Bush is only 100 days into his second term.

Hardly fair to compare a FOUR YEAR record to a full two term record. (Give it time... so you aren't comparing different baselines.)

If you compare the first Bush term to the first Clinton term (a favorable comparision for you, I believe, because Clinton had *even fewer* nominees confirmed in his second term), I believe the statistics are nearly identical --- with a slight edge to Bush, well over 90% confirmation success.

Er... that's just not true.
