Revised 10 Form from Aug. 29............
Sorry for the wait, but I wanted to make sure I understood the new
filing before I posted anything.
The new filing had some interesting info. Had some test results on the 3 billion gold reserves. But looked to me like only 1 sample was taken from that area and then 3 samples from another area.
Company is going to name change at the next annual meeting(no date given) to "HCCA International Inc." This is being done to reflect the new businesses that they are getting into, so they say. Basically the
form gives the business direction as mining the reserves.
The company needs money for the equipment to do this mining.
Not near enough money at present.
Number of shares authorized is 900 million shares of common and 200 million shares of preferred, no preferred has been issued.
I am going to try to make some of this available to you guys, but I can not fax this from work. Any ideas on how to get this to you?
I am not going to post it all. I was thinking of getting one of my
buddies to fax this to a few of you. How about posting a fax # for me
to get some of this form to you. No promise on when I will be able to do this, but it will be sometime next week probably.
I am also not going to ask my buddy to fax this to everyone, so if you are an active member of this site, ie you have been posting info, not just reading it for fun, you will get priority over others.
If I get this to a few of you maybe that will be enough to get a good
representation of what is happening.
Keep in mind that this statement does not have to be excepted by the SEC, if there is a problem with them, then they can deny any part of the filing.
Anyone know how long this grace period is? I am working on getting an answer, but am running into some problems.
Also anyone know about precious metal research and how to take samples? If so let me know, maybe you can answer some of the question that I have on this precious metal reserve study.
I will post more as I mull over the statement.
