I think what AMAT and the rest of techs should do is disclose their real estate values in a graphical format on the inside cover of the annual report.....watch the stocks shoot up several hundred percent. Watch the analysts all come up with a new real estate metric.

Re: What to do with money?

They are doing a dividend....and have increased their share buyback. The analysts will never be happy.....I remember when MSFT disclosed its one time payout of $30B?? (I forget), the analysts were disappointed.
