Nope, I'm not saying that at all.

I'm saying that's NOT what's going on.

What's going on (per-usual) is that the Senators are liking or not liking nominees based --- to a large extent --- upon whether they agree or disagree with their political/legal views.

Or else, as I said, you would have to claim 'racial discrimination' for any/all opposition to minority appointees that Clinton put up, also.

(I'm personally quite convinced that racism still exists, and is still a social problem... but I'm even more convinced that politics is eternal.)
