Remember when GDR was lightening up on the cpt? ... would have been sometime in 2001, maybe even late 2000 [?] ... it was the smart thing to do then, as there was coming a long period of build-out completely lacking in market reward ... and he made money on those shares, having bought them considerably lower, if memory serves, before cpt got any attention at all ... so it is maybe worthwhile to watch this fellow
Part of what's happening right now, is that folks were getting all primed for a rise this month, as the deal became certain and those cpt warrants expired ... some were primed not just for a rise, but to sell into it, looks like, and are now selling anyway ... meantime everybody following has done their buying by mid-april, so we slide on thin volume ... this is all just musing, i'm wondering whether to add shares here, or wait ... fwiw, rumour is it could be well into june before the RTO actually happens |
