I still don't see any recent news. One thought, however, and it's just that, a thought, is that ICUI announced on July 23rd a stockholders rights plan. "Wednesday announced the adoption of a Stockholder Rights Plan to better assist its stockholders in realizing fair value and equal treatment in the event of any attempted takeover of the company and to protect the company and its stockholders against coercive takeover tactics." I wonder if there is someone out there sniffing around ICUI intent on buying it and ICUI wants some protection in case they don't like the offer or company doing the looking. Last I knew the float was 8.0 million. We're having a pretty good turnover as of late. ICUI did a lot of solid business 2-3 yrs ago. And today it closed at its 52 week high. Here's hoping next week continues with good news. MJS
