Delay must be investigated, tried and imprisoned. I was totally OK with putting Trafficante in jail. But DElay is a much more guilty fellow that Trafficante, who was just a small-time selfish thief. All Trafficante did was line his pockets a bit. Delay has not only lined his pockets (paying wife $500,000 plus lavish trips) but has also led by poor example and instituted an entire new era of gross corruption and unaccountability.

As the leader, Delay needs to take the full brunt of the punishment. And what we've learned so far is just the tip of the iceberg. We are really talking about tens of millions of dollars.
