But those are boring...Although another friend got a PT Cruiser, because it was higher. Only problem, now she has in addition to her hip problem, now it is her shoulder...she just had a total replacement... She said the PT is really difficult to turn, so it isn't helping her shoulder at all. Of course, she's not supposed to drive yet anyhow...but she thought she'd try around the block. Now she knows why she isn't supposed to do it. She's getting sick of watching reruns... She's so tiny, one would think that she shouldn't have any problems, but she sure has. She called me to see how I dealt with all this stuff for so long. I told her the only way I could cope with it, was ONE DAY at a time! If someone had told me in the beginning I'd have to have a full arm cast on for 5 months, with a bad knee on the same side....I'd have just cried. (And I did sometimes) BUT mostly dealt with it by surviving each day and doing some work, and some play.
