that opinion piece says more about the state of the union She's the TV columnist for the post. It's her job to see it from a TV perspective. In any event, I agree with her. The WH should never have called a press conference on such short notice on such an important day for the networks without having some monumental new information to impart. Way too oblivious and inconsiderate for my taste.
