American Stock Exchange Approves Hyperdynamics Listing

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 2005--Hyperdynamics Corp. (OTCBB:HYPD - News) announced today that the American Stock Exchange has approved its listing application. The approval is contingent upon the company being in compliance with all applicable listing standards on the date it begins trading on the exchange, and may be rescinded if the company is not in compliance with such standards. The company is expected to start trading on the exchange very shortly. Kent Watts, chief executive officer at Hyperdynamics, said, "We have worked diligently towards this and we couldn't be more excited for our shareholders."
