A lot of those negative comments are irrelevant unless you're aiming at another nuclear state. And in THAT case, you're going to use nukes anyway.

The "overflight" objection is frivolous. What's Morocco going to do? Invade?

A lot of those objections also apply to aircraft strikes.

OK. So people see a missile contrail leaving Vandenberg. So what? They do launches from there on a regular basis. Hpw many make the news?
