... definitely slowing, and not just from liquidity related issues, but also from bottlenecks, administrative measures, astute risk avoidance, etc.

Thanks for the response.. do you have a handle on which industries are most affected..? (I suspect Construction is probably number one...) I've reduced some of my resource stocks
(Canadian oil and some base metal miners..) but wonder if I should reduce more. Things aren't as clear as they were in the summer of 2003. The US dollar still looks like it could drop some more and the Saudis continue to promise more oil production but always seem to fall a little short.

Also TeoTwawKi is that Taiwan's unification with China... ?
