Hey MOO, I really appreciate you showing me this, I didn't even know about that - I am trying to learn so I am going to play devils advocate - looking at your chart - the slow sto % was very low from april to august 2004 - the price fell - now what if it stays low for a long time like it did april to august 2004? The index will fall a lot more no? That is why they say sell in may and go away right? In fact that chart shows buying in october and selling january would have been a winning strategy. And shorting april and covering in july would have made you a lot of money too - so here we are MOO - april - time to short - and cover middle july. When you do your spiral click the july 04 low in your chart and the jan 05 high and it will show you something really neato!
