John,

The killing of the Italian agent is a nasty situation. The Italian public is very much upset about what took place and the oppositon to prime minsters berlusconi is creating a celebrated cause out of this sad affair. Trying to white wash this affair sends a strong message to the Italian public: that President Bush and people that run the US armed forces have very little regard for their allies in Iraq. I frankly don't believe that US has minimum regards for the various nations that have sent their sons to Iraq to die. People here simply don't get it. I do! The truth is that the allies that have troops are there only to make Bush look good. If not, we would have seen a more serious approach by the commission that was appointed to find it what went wrong. Personnally I am disappoined.

Regards

Alex
