They got the interstate commerce clause which they say justifies drug laws. That same clause is used to justify antitrust laws. Are you against that? You think the Oil Trust and the Steel Trust should still exist? But that doesn't cover SF to LA. Youi grow marijuana in LA. You sell it to a distributor. How do you know where it ends up? Does this mean that you think the Octopus shouldn't have been broken up? That SP should have been allowed to to control rail transport (which meant TRANSPORT back then)? I found it pretty interesting that La., and I think one other state, intervened on Cal's behalf, solely on states rights. Do you also think states' rights mean slavery should be legalized again in ststes that want it? I'm at the hospital; their filtering just blocked a lot of articles containing the word marijuana, so this was the only link I could access....
