Did the Udder Culture have wonderful cheese on its sandwiches? Is there much cheese production in Alaska, incidentally? All along the west coast, from the SF Bay Area to Canada, there are wonderful boutique cheese companies, so I wondered how far north it extended.

I love cheese. I have been dreaming of eating an organic sharp cheddar grilled sandwich on bakery sourdough bread.
