The way I read it, NAMX <is> the em sounder licensee for all of North America and Patroclos is negotiating agreements not only with UPR but with other companies as well; and NAMX <may be> the operating company for the 50-well agreement with UPR which is still being negotiated. Does anyone else read it differently?
