I'm not sure what the true figures are. The issue is a bit like parts of the health care discussion, which I wanted to get into, but still haven't... It really doesn't matter if it was last month, or next month. I'm used to us being the biggest exporter, by far. We shouldn't even be talking about this. We should be exporting so much more than we import. What makes me feel insecure is that the balance is now close enuf that we noticed it. It's not that we are in danger of starving. But I feel like we have lost another cushion. If you want to make me feel better, connect it to the weakness of the dollar or something.
