The one deal killer is that this complex consists of 296 apts If I was more versed in the intricacies of commercial real estate, I would put the whole shebang up for collateral on a little $3 or $4 million 2nd mortgage deal - but I am ignorant of the criminal aspects involved and would end up being someboy's bitch in a prison somewhere. I keep deleting all the attractive loan offers.
