EDM,

Your comments are getting more and more hysterical and it seems that
you will be in a complete panic come Monday, September 8th when
IAIC is listed on the NASDAQ!

You want to submit IAIC's name to the SEC Watchdog Committee ...
You keep on intimating that IAIC is a SCAM ... PUH-LEASE ...
GIVE IT A REST ... Didn't the SEC just complete an extensive due
diligence of IAIC during the NASDAQ application/approval process?!!!

WHY IS IT THAT IAIC HAS A NASDAQ LISTING WHILE YOUR BELOVED ALYD
CONTINUES TO BE ON THE ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARD!!!

If you heard the CA comments at the C-R Y2K Conference, the CA-IAIC
alliance is ALIVE AND WELL and will be remediating 4GL's in a theatre
near you very soon!

Wake up and smell the coffee! I'll be passing around the popcorn!

Regards.

Elliot

PS: The Bloomberg story had a negligible negative effect on IAIC's stock
price. Nice try by the shorts ... but there is a TIDAL WAVE ALERT in the
name of INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS which will be eligible to BUY IAIC
COME MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH!!! As they'll be saying in Sydney in Y2K
"Let the Games Begin!!!"
