Liar. Every Karl Rove campaign and the 2002 mid-terms has included a vicious smear campaign against good, innocent, heroic opponents accusing him/her of everything perverse and disgusting under the sun. None of it true.

Rove's method is to use third party dirty tricksters to spread the false rumors. In 2004, it was the smearvets. In 2000 it was Ralph Reed's "Christian" right (some Christians, huh? more like devils).

During the campaign of Texas Governor Clements, Rove (his campaign chief) found himself down right before the election and the big debate. That day, he called the press and the FBI to complain about a bugging device he'd apparently found in his office. He showed it to everyone and the story in the papers the next day was that his opponent had planted it, despite the opponent swearing on the Bible he had nothing to do with it. Later investigation showed the big had a 6-hour battery, and only 2 hours of the battery life had been used. In other words, Rove planted it two hours before the press arrived. FACT.

Rove only got GW Bush past Anne Richards by spreading the rumor she was a alcoholic lesbian. news to her husband, and now we know it's Rove who's the secret homosexual.

Rove has also conspired with an FBI buddy to get political opponents put in prison, even though they were completely innocent. As a result he ruined a lot of good peoples' lives.

But 2004 was his real masterpiece, pretending he had nothing to do with the Smearvets. Yeah right. Plus orchestrating all those phony terrorist alerts whenever Kerry started pulling ahead. Just plain dirty and crooked.
